D9Tech Resources is committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we serve federal customers and the public, and we treat it as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time task.
Standard we aim for
We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and to the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act that apply to federal information and communication technology.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order and landmark regions.
- A visible "skip to content" link and full keyboard navigation for interactive elements.
- Color combinations chosen to meet AA contrast for text and meaningful interface elements.
- Descriptive alternative text for images that carry meaning, and decorative images marked as such.
- Support for the system "reduced motion" setting, which turns off non-essential animation.
- Responsive layouts that work across phone, tablet, and desktop without horizontal scrolling.
- Form fields with visible labels and clear, nearby error messages.
Known limitations
Some content may not yet be fully accessible. Older documents, downloadable files, and material provided by third parties may not meet every guideline. We are working to identify and correct these issues over time.
Tell us about a barrier
If you encounter anything on this site that is difficult to use, or if you need information in a different format, please tell us. Include the page address and a short description of the problem so we can reproduce and fix it. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly and to resolve issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
