Sustaining ATO, running IV&V, and performing security assessment and ST&E inside Secret enclaves.
Five disciplines, one connected practice.
Wide-area network design, multiple-alternative trade studies, and independent price estimates for next-generation transport.
Subject-matter expertise and source-selection support for major category network procurements.
BGP routing, security gateways, boundary cloud access points, and peering across research and internet-exchange communities.
Security assessments, secure code review, security test and evaluation, and ATO maintenance for enterprise systems.
Service delivery point setup and Authority to Connect for connecting government enclaves to commercial cloud and research networks.
Connected to one mission-ready practice.
The Defense Research and Engineering Network carries the data behind the Department of Defense's most demanding research and high performance computing. Keeping that network modern, secure, and authorized is a continuous engineering effort. D9Tech serves as a prime contractor delivering the network architecture, cyber engineering, and transition support that keep this enterprise network ready for its next generation.
When the Department of Defense set out to acquire the next generation of its research and engineering network, it needed engineering depth on both sides of the work: the technical design of the wide-area network and the disciplined acquisition support to award it cleanly. D9Tech delivered both as a prime contractor supporting the High Performance Computing Modernization Program.

The U.S. Navy's undersea surveillance enterprise runs on information systems that have to stay available and well-managed across a distributed command. Working as a subcontractor to Huntington Ingalls Industries, D9Tech provided the IT and platform engineering that kept these enterprise systems and their supporting facilities running.

A Department of Defense laboratory needed to connect to the research and engineering network, and its classified counterpart, with full authority to do so. As prime contractor, D9Tech stood up that connection end to end, managing a teamed subcontractor and navigating the full Department of Defense onboarding and accreditation process.
